For a decade, The Lin welcomed guests room by room.

Beginning this spring, the house evolves into something more immersive — a fully private coastal residence shaped by chef-driven weekends, wedding celebrations, and thoughtfully designed retreats rooted in the North Fork.

For now, a limited number of à la carte rooms remain available — but not for much longer.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the house in its earlier rhythm, this is the time.

Moving forward, individual rooms will open only during select pop-up weekends and special gatherings — including PAWPAW, Matchbook collaborations, and seasonal culinary programs.
