The Lin is operated by the team behind Matchbook Distilling Co.

What began as an old inn gradually became a house for collaborators, cooks, distillers, friends, and guests moving through the North Fork across the seasons.

The house remains closely tied to the working rhythms of the distillery, the surrounding waters, and the people producing food and drink across the East End.
