A weekend way out on the North Fork at The Lin Beach House.
Come for the change of pace. Stay for the water, the food, the pace.
Over three days, you’ll pull fish from the open waters and come back for a fresh-catch dinner in the garden; you’ll create your own signature gin at Matchbook, sit down to dinner with PAWPAW Pop Up, and end the weekend over a pot of seasonal preserves.
Each guest room reservation accommodates up to two people and includes the weekend itinerary, breakfast each morning, and one jar of preserves to take home.
Additional nights at The Lin are available at a discounted rate for guests who want to stay an extra day or two and explore Greenport, the beach, and the North Fork on their own.

Pound Trap
Head out to see the pound trap and the waters that feed the weekend. The boat goes out, the fish come in, and dinner prep begins.
Create Your Own Gin
Head to Matchbook Distilling Co. for a tour, tasting, and Create Your Own Gin workshop. You’ll work with botanical distillates, pour your own blend, and leave with a bottle of your signature gin.
Preserves Class
After breakfast, we’ll put a pot on the stove and make a small seasonal preserve together. Fruit, sugar, lemon, a clean jar. You’ll jar yours and take it home.
