The Lin is a Victorian house reimagined as a private coastal residence.
The property includes six oversized guest rooms, gardens, outdoor gathering spaces, and a dedicated culinary and hospitality team.
Most stays take place as full-property weekends. A limited number of guest rooms are released throughout the season.
Coffee appears early. Fires stay going late. Someone is usually slicing citrus in the kitchen.
The Property
Hydrangeas along the lawn. Lavender near the walkways. A plunge pool filled with salt water. The bay just a ½ mile down the road.
The house shifts with the season:
windows open in July, wood stacked by the fire in October, herbs drying near the kitchen in winter.
Guest Rooms
Six guest rooms with California king beds, oversized baths, and space to settle in for a few days.
Some rooms open onto private balconies. Others face the gardens.
No two are exactly alike.
Book A La Carte Rooms
A limited number of guest rooms are released throughout the year.
These weekends are quieter and more flexible — a pastry in the sun room, spritzes in the garden, fireplace inside or firepit outside if the weather holds.
Availability is released periodically.
R&R General Store
A small store at the property carrying bottles, pantry goods, ceramics, provisions, and objects tied to the house and distillery.
